NO refund will be issued if we end your rental early because of unlawful or unsafe boating practices.
The person responsible for signing/paying for the rental MUST be present during the rental period.
Rental fee due according to time the rental is reserved, even if renter chooses to pick up late or end use early.
Please call ASAP if running late. We do not issue refunds for no-shows & boats will not be held indefinitely.
In the event of mechanical issues, a refund will be issued AFTER the rental has been inspected and we've determined it is in fact a mechanical issue. Refund amount will be assessed at the time of the event. IF we have an available rental, we will give the option of swapping rentals.
IF your reservation includes delivery, we will process the payment 1-2 days prior to your rental date. This gives us time to ensure payment is approved.
IF your rental includes delivery you are expected to be at the boat launch at the scheduled time, we will not wait. You can call us in advance if you need to change the time.
Same day rentals are due back on the lot by 8 pm, unless prior approval has been given. A MINIMUM $25 late fee will be applied.
Rentals are required to be filled with PREMIUM fuel prior to returning. If you fail to do so we will charge the fuel amount to your credit card. For all non-deliveries, a $20 surcharge will also be applied.
Upon making your reservation a $100 deposit is due, in the form of credit card.
After rental, your full deposit will be returned if our staff determines no damage or missing equipment.
An appropriate fee will be withheld if damage occurs or equipment is missing OR if the rental is excessively dirty, a $30 minimum charge will be applied.
Our cancellation policy is 72 hours (NO EXCEPTIONS). Late cancellation/no shows will forfeit their $100 deposit.
